Overview
Spencers Builders Ltd was founded in 2002 and since then has grown steadily and gained valuable experience in building and renovation works for clients in the Gloucestershire area. This growth has intentionally been steady in order that quality of service and workmanship can be maintained to the highest standards.
In this respect, we take great pride in completing our contracts on time, to specification and most importantly - to the customer's satisfaction. This pride in workmanship and attention to detail has resulted in a very successful business, which has become well known in the local area for providing a reliable and high quality service.
Although we do have an insert in the Yellow Pages and also use local publications, we rely mainly on the best form of advertising - that is, word of mouth.
Employees
We are a small business with few employees so that we can maintain a personal service to our clients. We only employ fully qualified tradesmen, to ensure that we can continue to offer the high level of service on which we pride ourselves.
Quality
Quality standards are monitored throughout the life of a contract and indeed afterwards to ensure that our clients receive both the service and the finished product that they expect from the outset. This attention to quality is of paramount importance to us.
Health and Safety
As of 1st July we operate a no smoking policy on our sites for all of our staff and tradesmen. We ensure that safety of staff, clients and clients' property is taken into full consideration at every point from initial planning through to completion. We have Public Liability cover for £2m.
